(BAMSI) was incorporated on March 21, 1975 as South Shore Multi-Services Inc., under Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as a not-for-profit human service organization. Nurse Managers are the lead members of the multi-disciplinary team. The Nurse Manager will case manage the health care needs of individuals, provide training to staff, and communicate health care information to funders and other stakeholders. at BAMSI our nurses are in a unique position to provide care for individuals served in their home, in the community and with their friends. Our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness are designed to support individuals in a large comfortable home setting. Persons served are encouraged to become active members of their communities including engaging in employment, volunteer activities as well as social and recreational activities. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationship with those that you care for and their families.   Must possess a Massachusetts license as a nurse and possess a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience. A valid driver's license in state of residence and satisfactory driving record is required. Must be currently certified in CPR. Base training rate $17.00 BAMSI.  Essential employees doing exceptional work.    The Relief staff at BAMSI provide direct care services to individual in supervised residential and day services settings and to do so in a manner that promotes growth, independence and dignity for those individuals served.   Relief are expected to float throughout their assigned geographical area.   Must have a high school diploma or GED with a valid driver's license in state of residence.
