Flexible Schedule!!   Therapeutic Mentors at BAMSI provide individualized and flexible services to youth and their families with multiple stresses and needs. These services are designed to maximize individuals skills and strengths and provide the support to facilitate growth and independence. All services are part of an individualized plan as designed by the family and provider system.  We can flex the schedule to meet your availability. The Home Based Team (HBT) engages youth and families by providing needed supports and highly individualized services in order to help strengthen families as they progress toward their goals, reduce child protective concerns, and encourage resiliency, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. In-Home therapy services is a structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic relationship between a Clinician and the youth and family for the purpose of treating the youth's behavioral needs. Clinical services and assessments offer support to youth and families challenged by various emotional and physical stressors. High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree is preferred.  Experience working with children and families with significant mental health and/or behavioral challenges or experience parenting children with behavioral, emotional or neurological challenges required. Full or Part Time   Speech Language Pathologists (SLP's) assess, diagnose, evaluate, and treat children with a wide variety of confirmed or suspected developmental disabilities.The Brockton Early Childhood Intervention Program is a public health program that provides therapeutic support to infants and toddlers who have developmental delays or are at risk for such delays. The goal of the program is to help children as soon as possible so they can reach their full potential. Services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and skill development.   Must be a licensed SLP in the state of MA , have a Master's degree, and a valid driver's license in state of residence with own means of transportation. Full or Part Time   BAMSI Early Intervention (BEI) is a program for infants and todderlers (birth to 3 years old), who experience development delays or are at risk for developmental delay.  BEI services can be provided in a family's home, daycare/educational programs, telehealth and are fully our fully equipped EI Center.  BAMSI EI services has a highly skilled team using an interdisciplinary approach team including: - Developmental Specialist - Physical Therapist - Speech and Language Pathologist - Child Life Specialist - Occupational Therapist - Social Worker/Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Nurse - Specialty Service Providers Early Intervention clinical trainings includes 0-3 development, specialized therapeutic techiniques, family focused treatment and IFSP development.  Willing to train candidates who meet the qualifications.   BAMSI is a private, non-profit culturally diverse human services organization providing services to adults and children with developmental disabilities, mental illness, behavioral health, and public health needs.
