Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing opportunity to build relationship with those that you care for and their families.   Must possess a Massachusetts license as a nurse and possess experience working with a disabled population. Must be currently certified in CPR.   BAMSI provides free CEU's through Medcom, education through conferences and trainings, weekend differentials and competitive pay!  Paid comprehensive introductory and on-going training is provided. Become a BAMSI believer!   The Recovery Coach at BAMSI will engage persons in non-directive and supportive relationships that promote empowerment and self-learning.   The Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Program Director Provides administrative and clinical leadership, supervision and direction to the ACCS Integrated Team/Supervised Group Living Environments (GLE’s).   The ACCS is DMH's reconfigured service model set to strengthen and improve behavioral health care for DMH adults who live in or are transitioning to the community. The ACCS will replace Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) and will deliver evidence based interventions within the context of a standardized, clinically focused model.   Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach and have a personal history of recovery and a sound understanding of and commitment to the consumer-led recovery movement. $2000 New Hire sign on when hired at BAMSI for all regular Full Time and Part Time LPN and RN Positions!   40hrs - Schedule: Mon-Fri 3p-11p   Weekend shifts worked are paid at a $2 differential equaling $26/hr. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing opportunity to build relationship with those that you care for and their families.   Must possess a Massachusetts license as a nurse and possess experience working with a disabled population. A valid driver's license in state of residence and satisfactory driving record is required. Must be currently certified in CPR.New hires/employees at this location are required to complete a TB screening and may be required to a have a tuberculin skin test or other FDA approved testing and or submit proof of a chest xray. Female Gender is a Bonafide Occupational Qualification for this program and only Female applications will be considered.   BAMSI provides free CEU's through Medcom, education through conferences and trainings, weekend differentials and competitive pay!  Paid comprehensive introductory and on-going training is provided.
