Full or Part Time   BAMSI Early Intervention (BEI) is a program for infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old), who experience development delays or are at risk for developmental delay.  BEI services can be provided in a family's home, daycare/educational programs, telehealth and are fully our fully equipped EI Center.  BAMSI EI services has a highly skilled team using an interdisciplinary approach team including: - Developmental Specialist - Physical Therapist - Speech and Language Pathologist - Child Life Specialist - Occupational Therapist - Social Worker/Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Nurse - Specialty Service Providers Early Intervention clinical trainings includes 0-3 development, specialized therapeutic techniques, family focused treatment and IFSP development.  Willing to train candidates who meet the qualifications.   BAMSI is a private, non-profit culturally diverse human services organization providing services to adults and children with developmental disabilities, mental illness, behavioral health, and public health needs. Schedule is Friday-Sunday 7a-3p   The Respite Site Specialist will provide rehabilitation and stabilization support services to persons with mental illness being served at the Respite site in a manner that promotes growth, independence and dignity.    BAMSI's Respite Services program delivers short term, clinical, community based treatment services providing opportunities for stabilization to adults with Mental Illness. These services are provided to individuals either on-site while they reside at the program, or in their current living situation. Components of the program include assessment, crisis management, symptom management, and medication education.   Must have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience working with individuals with mental health issues is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license in state of residence and own means of transportation. Part Time   General Statement of Duties: Provide direct one-to-one support and advocacy to youth in the FEP program. Ensure ‘youth voice’ throughout the care planning process.  Are you someone with lived experience or treated someone with a serious mental health and/or substance misuse disorder and willing to serve in a peer role?    The Coordinated Specialty Care - First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Team at BAMSI serves youth in the Brockton community who are experiencing a first-time psychotic episode or who may be at risk of later developing a psychotic episode by providing them comprehensive, community-based wraparound services. As a team, we walk alongside the youth and family towards a path of holistic wellness and thriving. Our model is to first provide early intervention through human, relational engagement. Using a culturally aware, recovery oriented and strengths-based approach, we respectfully collaborate to destigmatize mental illness and instill hope for a successful recovery. This will encompass uniquely tailored services according to the identified needs of the youth and family based on the clinical assessment. Through shared decision making, an evidenced-based treatment plan is developed. Services may include individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, case management, employment/education support, psychoeducation, and mentoring.   BAMSI is a private, non-profit culturally diverse human services organization providing services to adults and children with developmental disabilities, mental illness, behavioral health, and public health needs.
