Staff members engage the residents in a variety of stimulating, therapeutic activities to build cognitive, physical, and social skills.Persons served are also encouraged to become active members of their communities including engaging in employment, volunteer activities as well as social and recreational activities.     High School Diploma or GED is required. Must have a valid driver's license in state of residence and satisfactory driving record. Experience working with people who have been diagnosed with a serious or persistent mental illness is required.
