Parent to Parent Coordinators at BAMSI provide support, information, education and advocacy to parents/caregivers with children with serious mental, emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Empower families with information and support to assist them in navigating the mental health and educational systems. Facilitate monthly support and educational topic groups. Work with the PIN team in planning and hosting family events and outings.

The Parent Information Network (PIN) is a parent information, support, and advocacy program designed by parents and professionals to help families who have children with serious emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health challenges.
Must have lived experience parenting a child with mental health, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties and have a high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license in state of residence. This position is based in Southeastern MA.

We are looking for 10 hour a week Outreach Coordinator to work in our Peer led Recovery Connection Center (RCC). Successful candidates should have lived experience with mental health and the desire to establish outreach venues for peer led RCC groups in the Taunton area. The Outreach Coordinator will assist in maintaining a resource library for outreach sites, assist in the collection and reporting of data, facilitate events, peer-run groups, foster a warm and welcoming environment, communicate and represent and promote the peer perspective.
