The Program Director at the HELPLINE will provide ongoing supervision to the program. They develop and maintain an integrated network of services and supports for individuals, children, and families in the Greater Brockton area and beyond.   You will need three years experience in home and community based work. Must have supervisory experience in a health or human service setting, preferably in a community-based residential program for individuals with disability preferably those with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury or acquired brain injury. The Nurse Manager will case manage the health care needs of individuals, provide training to staff, and communicate health care information to funders and other stakeholders. at BAMSI our nurses are in a unique position to provide care for individuals served in their home, in the community and with their friends. Our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness are designed to support individuals in a large comfortable home setting. Persons served are encouraged to become active members of their communities including engaging in employment, volunteer activities as well as social and recreational activities. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationship with those that you care for and their families.       A lead member of the multi-disciplinary team. The Nurse Manager will case manage the health care needs of individuals living in a community setting; provide training to staff; communicate health care information to funders and other stakeholders.

Tues/Wed/Thurs: 12p-8p and every other Sat (4 hrs) 24-28 hrs per week $19-$21   The Office Assistant Provides administrative assistance to Clinic Director, Prescribers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Clinical Supervisors as needed and assigned. Assist the Operations Supervisor/CBHI Coordinator with the coordination of WCC intakes and referrals. Maintain oversight of front office operations. Check-in persons-served and collect appropriate co-payments for services rendered.   BAMSI’s outpatient mental health clinic, Whitman Counseling Center, is licensed by the Department of Public Health and accredited by CARF. The Community Coordinator is the liaison with health and human services providers, advocacy organizations and communities served by the local Women, Infant and Children Program (WIC). The Community Coordinator builds an active, coordinated referral network and collaborative working relationships between community agencies, groups and WIC to promote the utilization of WIC services. Master’s level, licensed clinician who provides clinical supervision to the Young Adult Access Center team (YAAC), assists with treatment referrals and supports staff in responding to crisis and traumatic incidences.
